Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
1. About these terms
getlaunchpad.in (“the website”) is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ENTITY TYPE], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ([CIN or LLPIN], GSTIN [GSTIN]). LaunchPad is its brand. In these terms, “LaunchPad”, “we” and “us” mean [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. “You” means the person using the website or buying our services.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2. Who can use our services
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- If you place an order for others (for example, your co-founders), you confirm that they have agreed to it.
3. Our services
- We help you incorporate a Private Limited Company, a One Person Company (OPC) or a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India.
- Every file is handled by a qualified Chartered Accountant, from start to finish.
- What your plan includes is shown on the service page and in your order summary at checkout. The order summary is final.
- Content on the website, including the Knowledge Base, Founder Academy videos and Founder Clinics, is general information. It is not professional advice for your specific case. For advice on your case, use the CA calls included in your plan.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown upfront. Government fees and stamp duty are shown separately from our professional fee. GST is charged as applicable.
- The cost calculator gives you an exact bill for your inputs, with a quote reference number. You pay the amount shown on that bill.
- We bear the extra government fee if a proposed name is rejected and refiled, and the payment gateway charges.
- Notarisation and apostille of documents for foreign national directors or partners are arranged and paid for by that director or partner. They are not part of our bill.
- Work on your file starts after we receive full payment.
- If the government changes a fee after you pay and before we file, [we bear the difference / we inform you of the difference before filing — TO CONFIRM].
5. What we need from you
Some steps can only be done by you or your directors or partners, as the law requires. These include:
- giving true, complete and current documents and information;
- sharing one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your mobile or email when we ask for them;
- completing the identity check for your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), including any video verification;
- completing bank account KYC with your bank;
- replying to our questions on time.
If documents or information you give are wrong or incomplete, the filing may be delayed or rejected. In that case, we are not responsible for the delay. Government fees for refiling because of wrong information from you are paid by you.
TO CONFIRM. If we do not hear from you for [15] days after a reminder, we may put your file on hold. If we still do not hear from you for [45] days, we may close your file. The Cancellation and Refund Policy then applies.
6. Timelines and government approval
- The timelines we share are estimates. They depend on the MCA portal, the Registrar of Companies, DSC providers and how quickly documents and OTPs reach us.
- Approval of your name and your incorporation is decided by the government, not by us. We prepare and file your application carefully, and we help you reply to any objection raised.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, changes in law or events outside our control.
7. Founder’s Dashboard
- You get access to your Founder’s Dashboard after payment.
- Keep your login details safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your documents, the status of your file, receipts and your LaunchKit are all on the Founder’s Dashboard.
8. LaunchKit
- Every plan comes with a LaunchKit at no extra cost. The total value shown on the website is indicative.
- LaunchKit benefits are valid for 12 months from [the date of incorporation — TO CONFIRM], unless a benefit says otherwise.
- The LaunchKit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
- How to claim each benefit, and its terms, are explained on the Founder Perks page and on your Founder’s Dashboard.
9. Partner offers
- Partner offers in the LaunchKit are given by our partners, under the partners’ own terms.
- Partners are independent businesses. LaunchPad is not responsible for the quality of their services.
- We share your details with a partner only when you choose to claim that partner’s offer.
- We may add or change partners. If a partner offer ends, we will try to offer one of similar value.
10. CA calls
- Before purchase: you can book a 30-minute 1-to-1 video call with a CA for ₹99.
- After purchase: a 30-minute 1-to-1 CA or CS call is included in every plan, along with the mentoring calls in your LaunchKit.
- Calls are for guidance on your situation. Any further work discussed in a call is a separate service, unless it is part of your plan.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Until your company or LLP is incorporated, you can cancel for any reason and get complete money back, minus the actuals (government fees and DSC expenses). The full rules are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
12. Use of the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful;
- upload documents that are false or that belong to someone who has not agreed;
- try to get into parts of the website or other users’ accounts that you are not allowed to use;
- copy or resell our content without our written permission.
13. Our content
The text, design, logo, videos and other content on the website belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or are used with permission. You may read and share them for your own use, with credit to LaunchPad.
14. Limit of our responsibility
- We do our work with due care and skill.
- Our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that order.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. Changes to these terms
