This policy explains when and how you can cancel your order with LaunchPad, and how refunds work. LaunchPad is a brand of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“LaunchPad”, “we”, “us”).

1. In short

• Until your company or LLP is incorporated, you can cancel for any reason.
• You get your complete money back, minus only the actuals already paid on your behalf (government fees and DSC expenses).
• Every receipt for a deduction is on your Founder’s Dashboard.
• Your refund is processed within 7 working days, to the same payment method you used.

2. 100% Peace of Mind Guarantee

Your money is protected at every step. Until your company is incorporated, you can ask for complete money back, minus the actuals (government fees + DSC expenses). Every receipt sits on your Founder’s Dashboard, and your refund is processed within 7 working days.

“Incorporated” means the date on which the Registrar of Companies issues the Certificate of Incorporation for your company or LLP.

3. What “actuals” means

Actuals are amounts we have already paid to someone else for your file, and cannot get back. Only these are deducted:

• Government fees and stamp duty already paid to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) or the state, for your file.
• DSC expenses, if your Digital Signature Certificate has already been issued.

If an amount has not yet been paid, it is not deducted. We never deduct:

• our professional fee, for any work already done;
• payment gateway charges;
• the extra government fee for refiling a rejected name (we bear this ourselves);
• any cancellation charge.

4. How to cancel and ask for a refund

1. Open your Founder’s Dashboard and choose Cancel my order, or write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number.
2. We confirm your request by email within [1 working day — TO CONFIRM].
3. We show you the refund amount, with the receipt for every deduction, on your Founder’s Dashboard.
4. We process the refund within 7 working days of your request.

5. How the money reaches you

• The refund goes back to the same payment method you used (card, UPI, net banking or wallet).
• After we process it, your bank or card issuer may take another 5–7 working days to show it in your account.
• If the refund has not reached you 10 working days after we process it, write to us and we will share the transaction reference so your bank can trace it.

6. After incorporation

Once the Certificate of Incorporation is issued, the incorporation service is complete, and the guarantee in section 2 ends.

• If a detail in the certificate or the filed documents is wrong because of our mistake, we correct it at our cost.
• If a detail is wrong because of information you gave us, we can help you correct it. Government fees for the correction are paid by you.

7. LaunchKit and partner offers

• The LaunchKit comes with every plan at no extra cost. It has no cash value, so it is not refunded or exchanged for money, and its value is not added to your refund.
• If you cancel before incorporation, LaunchKit benefits not yet used stop with the order.
• Partner offers (for example domain and hosting, ad setup, virtual office) are given by our partners, under their own terms. Refunds for anything you buy from a partner are handled by that partner.

8. CA call before purchase (₹99)

TO CONFIRM. Proposed rule:

• You can reschedule the call free of cost, up to [4] hours before the slot.
• If we cancel or the CA does not join, you get a full refund of ₹99, or a new slot, whichever you choose.
• If you do not join the call, the ₹99 is not refunded.

9. How our services are delivered

• Our services are delivered online. We do not ship physical goods, except the printed items in the LaunchKit Compliance Essentials (printed MOA/AOA or LLP Agreement, common seal and stamps).
• Your incorporation documents and certificates are shared on your Founder’s Dashboard and by email.
• Printed items are sent by courier to the address you give us, within [NUMBER] working days of incorporation. TO CONFIRM.
